With over 16 years of experience developing talent and driving results across corporate and hospitality settings, Shakara Shelton brings a unique blend of strategic insight and people-centered leadership. She currently works in strategic sales for a Fortune 500 global hospitality company, partnering with business clients to build trust, drive revenue, and deliver tailored solutions across markets. Her academic foundation—a degree in Human Resource Management from Texas Woman’s University—grounds her coaching in both business strategy and organizational development.
Shakara Shelton’s coaching is rooted in real-world experience, emotional intelligence, and a deep belief in the power of intentional leadership.
